Happy Winter Solstice

I've been a little MIA for a while. Learning and growing behind the scenes!

Today marks another shift point, the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere. The Sun will conjunct Saturn in Capricorn. We will have lots of Saturnian energy asking us to put forth effort in areas that we truly desire. Saturn is known for its pressure and rigid task master mentality. I urge everyone to celebrate the moments and small victories where you are disciplined and working hard...rewards will be felt in time. Time is another construct associated with Saturn. So at this shift in time, I am going to celebrate the solstice by creating an altar and doing some Reiki healing attunements. I hope your days are spent celebrating and feeling the joy. Self-Love and Self-Care are a must...use this time to go inward, to reflect and rest...Springtime and new energy is right around the corner.
