Who I am

 

I am Jen aka Nenny, a spiritual seeker and a lifelong student who is interested in all things esoteric!  I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Astrologer, Holistic Health Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist that loves to provide information on holistic therapies to those who are tired of trying typical western conventional methods.  

As a holistic health practitioner I am drawn to therapies that lead to wholeness. Incorporating various modalities to balance the body, mind and spirit; I strive to empower my clients by teaching them how to find balance for themselves and trust their own innate wisdom.  I believe it is necessary to address issues that stem from imbalances.  Mental, emotional and spiritual imbalances can lead to dis-ease and therefore manifest as physical illness.  I also enjoy sharing my interests... and have a lot of info in my head! The beauty of being both student and teacher means I want to continue learning and growing.

 

Why I do this

 

I have studied various methods of holistic therapies and continue to learn what works for me and my clients.  I have a true desire to be of service while at the same time making a living.  Writing these articles allows me to disseminate information and communicate with individuals who wish to improve their lives. What I can do for you

I am not claiming that I will "fix" you or "cure" you of anything.  What I offer is my personal experience.  I offer readings that address your energy as a whole.  As I read your energy, I also reference your astrology to give you a better understanding of how you express energy.  I utilize my training in hypnotherapy to give you awareness of your thought patterns and beliefs.  Through nutritional counseling I can advise you to foods, supplements and crystals that may benefit you.  I intuit the areas to focus on during each reading for the highest benefit of all my clients.  Reiki energy can be sent over distance at agreed upon times.
